Definition: Brand Equity is sum of all value that is the result from the faith that customers have in the promises the brand makes to them and fulfills.
Elements of BE are: Brand Value, Brand Loyalty, Brand Recognition, Brand Identity and Brand Personality.
In order to maintain BE, the brand owner needs to continuously monitor the performance and expectations.
