Neuro-linguistic Programming

   

Definition: Neuro-linguistic Programming is a learning, training, coaching and communication method, based on the idea that by analyzing and modeling effective skills or behavior of experts, these can be relatively easily and quickly taught to and aquired by others.
NLP consist of 3 interelated elements:
1. Modeling - the process of adopting the behaviors, language, strategies and beliefs of another person or exemplar in order to 'build a model of what he does.
2. Analysis of subjective experience
3. Communication techniques
