Multi Channel Marketing


Definition: Multi Channel Marketing is the approach of managing all contact processes between customers and channel participants during all phases of the relation through the combination of two or more marketing channels that are reinforcing each other.
It is the blending of different distribution and promotional channels for the purpose of marketing. Distribution channels typically include retail storefronts (shops), websites, mail-order catalogues, etc.
