GROWTH Model

Definition: the GROWTH Model is an extension of the GROW Model for goal setting, problem solving, coaching, mentoring and counseling.
It adds 2 extra components to it:
T - Tactics - to achieve the goal
H - Habits - to embed the selected tactics and plans into a new practical reality.
The strength of this extended version is that adds 2 more things to consider to while still combining goal setting and problem solving in one framework and still being easy to understand and remember, and straightforward to apply without special training.
