Definition: Impact-Value Framework is a tool by Hammer and Mangurian to analyze the value of IT inititiatives or projects along 2 axes: Impact and Value.
The IMPACT of IT can be split up in 3 dimensions:
- Time
- Distance
- Relationship
Also the VALUE of IT can be split up in 3 dimensions:
- Efficiency
- Effectiveness
