Definition: Team Coaching is the process in which a team coach helps teams to get together in a constructive way. Often the safety in the team is low and the conversations are too exciting or too difficult to start together. A team coach helps people to speak out and listen to each other. He or she will make the team aware of negative interaction patterns by making them explicit. |
