Evaporating Cloud

Definition: the Evaporating Cloud is a problem solving method in the Theory of Constraints, aiming at finding a win-win solution in a situation of two conflicting parties or points of view by identifying underlying requirements of both parties and then emphasizing that both are trying to reach the same ultimate goal.
Is based on the thought that there is no such thing as a real conflict, but only unexamined assumptions. Can be considered a practical form of Dialectics.
Can emerge from analysis of a Current Reality Tree.
Also called Core Conflict Cloud.
