Brainwriting

Definition: Brainwriting is a group idea generation and problem resolution approach similar to brainstorming, but generating more ideas in less time.
The 6-3-5 method aims to generate 108 new ideas in half an hour in the following way:
- 6 participants sit together, being facilitated by a moderator (time keeper)
- Each participant has to come up with 3 ideas every 5 minutes, write them down on a brainwriting form, and pass them on to the next participant.
- This next person reads the ideas on each sheet and, drawing inspiration from them and using association, adds anoher idea to the sheet.
After 30 minutes there will be 18 sheets, each with 6 ideas.
