Definition: the Seven Habits is a personal, interpersonal, managerial and organizational effectiveness model by Covey ('89). Highly effective people turned out to possess the following traits or habits:
Move from dependence to independence:
1. Be Proactive
2. Begin with the End in Mind
3. Put First Things First
Move from indepence to interdependence:
4. Think Win-Win
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
6. Synergize
Continuous self-renewal and self-improvement
7. Sharpen the Saw
Added in 2004:
8. Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs
