Definition: Online Reputation Management is the practice consisting of a set of approaches to monitor the Internet reputation of an entity (person, brand or business) and to generate and emphasize a positive presence of the entity on the Internet.
That presence could be reflected in any kind of content that refers to the entity, including web sites, news, participation in blogs and forums, social media presence, pictures, video, etc.
