Collaboration Rules

Definition: Collaboration Rules by Muneera Spence involves the following 7 rules for good group collaboration:
1. Look for common ground (shared values, experiences)
2. Learn about others
3. Critique results, not people
4. Give and get respect
5. Proceed slowly (present one idea at the time)
6. Be explicit and clear
7. Remember the Five Cs of communication (clarity, completeness, conciseness, concreteness, and correctness).
